Currently I am reading:

The Lion, The Witch, and The Wardrobe by C. S. Lewis

I began rereading this series because my college term just started and I will have to read three or four books I do not necessarily want to read. Therefore, I want to reread something fantastic and well written to counter balance reading a lot of creative nonfiction and nature writing. Either way, I was listening to a lecture found at the C. S. Lewis Institute’s YouTube channel. In it, Art Lindsley mentioned a line from one of the books from the Narnia series. I have not read it since I was a teenager. I decided to reread.

The parallels to Christianity are rich and pure. Simply worded and vividly portrayed, Narnia came to life more beautiful than ever, the story clipped along at a breakneck speed. Easily read in one sitting, you will see the other six books appear over the next week.
